Our website address is: https://hfradio.in. HF Radio is a digital ministry of the Heavenly Feast mission, providing spiritual nourishment through audio broadcasting.

• Registration & Streaming: To listen to the HF Radio live stream, users must be logged in. We store your Email Address to verify your account and grant access to the private stream.

• Form Submissions (Contact & Dedications): When you use our Contact Us or Song Dedication forms, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to process your song dedication on-air.

• Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Cookies

• Login Access: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts cookies. When you log in, we use cookies to keep you signed in so you can listen to the stream without interruption. Login cookies last for two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me.”

• Convenience: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies so you do not have to fill in your details again in the future.

If you have an account on this site, have submitted a dedication, or left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
